Luis Barragan Born in Jalisco, México, one of the greatest Architect's of Mé, winner of the pritker Architecture Prize. This dish is Galeria's special style of Chiles Rellenos. Two Poblano chilies filled with Chihuahua cheese and wrapped in thin layers of pastry and baked to a delicate brown color. Served with a garland of light Zucchini blossom sauce
